Josiah Hill III Clinic enthusiastically announces our 2nd annual “Leaving a Legacy” fundraising event. The event will be held in the evening of Thursday May 15nd, 2008 from 5:30-8:30pm. During the event, we will be honoring Josiah’s legacy, highlighting the mission and accomplishments of the Josiah Hill III Clinic.
On behalf of the Josiah Hill III Clinic, we warmly invite you to please join us for this celebratory event; thereby supporting our organization as we carry forward Josiah’s efforts to provide education, testing, and resources to families and communities at-risk for environmental health hazards.
Individual seats are $50 each, and they they may be reserved directly through the Josiah Hill III Clinic or online by clicking the button below. Online transactions are completely secure through PayPal, and you may use either a major credit/debit card or your existing PayPal account. Please note that there is an additional $2.00 processing fee associated with each space reserved online.
Once you have reserved your seat, your name will be added to our reservation list. We will have a seat assigned for you at the event.
